October 5, 2025
Hosted by Three Squares New England, join us at the 14th Annual Ride for Food and 5K Walk on Sunday, October 5, for a family-friendly event centered around fighting hunger. Team Spoonfuls will raise critical funds for our food recovery and hunger relief efforts!
With a 25-mile, 50-mile, or 100K bike ride, 5K walk, and volunteer opportunities, there are options for everyone interested in participating in the Ride for Food. Enjoy scenic routes beginning and ending at Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, all while supporting Spoonfuls’ food recovery and hunger relief work.
Registration is open now! In addition to a registration fee, each cyclist and walker agrees to raise a minimum of $350, though we encourage everyone to set a goal of raising $1,000 or more. Walkers of all ages are welcome and riders must be at least 14 years old by the date of the ride. Sign up to join our team today – we hope to see you there!
The Ride for Food and 5K Walk is an annual event hosted by Three Squares New England to build awareness and interest in food security, engage communities of volunteers, donors, and hunger relief champions, and to fundraise.
Three Squares New England welcomes teams of riders and walkers representing anti-hunger organizations, including food pantries, community farms, and food recovery organizations, to fundraise in support of their respective food security efforts.
Since its inception in 2012, Ride for Food has raised over $5 million to support local hunger-relief organizations based in Massachusetts. Every dollar raised directly supports organizations reaching over 400,000 people affected by food insecurity.
