After a sold-out event last year, we’re excited to announce our second-ever Battle of the Bites at Lincoln Tavern & Restaurant on June 17, 2026, at 6 PM, where we’re teeing up a Fried Chicken Face-Off like no other. Southern comfort legend Chef Lambert Givens (Hunter’s Kitchen & Bar) will take on the globally-inspired force of flavor, Chef Alex Sáenz (Taqueria El Barrio, El Barrio Tortillas & Salsas, Hemlock Grill), putting their signature spin on a delicious classic. The audience decides whose fried chicken reigns supreme!

In August 2025, our first battle between Chef Jamie Bissonnette and Chef Drew Grosse helped to raise over $25K in support of our mission to deliver food with purpose. That’s enough to create 20K meals for our neighbors experiencing food insecurity. Spoiler: Chef Drew clinched the win!
