Join Spoonfuls on as we host a conversation with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) exploring potential updates to the Massachusetts Commercial Food Material Waste Ban (aka the “food waste ban”).

This session is designed to help members of the hospitality community better understand potential proposed changes, ask questions, and provide input on how regulations could impact day-to-day operations.
It will also serve as an open forum for restaurants, hotels, caterers, venues, and other industry stakeholders to share their insights, concerns, and possible implementation challenges directly with MassDEP and to help inform and advance participation and accessibility.
