Throughout the year, we host regional gatherings where we bring together our passionate communities from across Massachusetts to learn about and support Spoonfuls’ food recovery and hunger relief mission. From open houses and happy hours to panel discussions and advocacy days and more, keep an eye out for the next event in your neck of the woods.

In October, we got together with our Worcester County community at Wormtown Brewing to celebrate community, partnership, and the incredible work being done to fight hunger in the Worcester area where our team has recovered nearly 1 million pounds of fresh, wholesome food since 2022. The evening was a testament to the power of collaboration and the shared commitment to reducing food waste and supporting those in need.
In June, we had the pleasure of hosting a wonderful evening filled with connection, conversation, and delicious bites at Max’s Tavern in Springfield. The event brought together our dedicated team, supportive community members, generous partners, and new friends as we celebrated nearly five years of impactful work in Hampden County and 2.5 million pounds recovered.
In February our Greater Boston community gathered at Baramor in Newton Center. We connected over appetizers, cocktails from our friends at Tito’s Handmade Vodka, and fun raffle prizes, while supporting Spoonfuls’ work to curb the impact of wasted food on people and the planet.
